River House Maine is a farm-to-table restaurant featuring waterfront dining in Damariscotta, Maine. We are a values-based eatery sourcing local food and energy, preparing food from Maine’s farms and waters on our wood-fired grill. We are proud to source our food from this list of local farmers, fishermen, and oyster farmers in and around Mid-Coast Maine.

River House is a values based farm-to-table restaurant on the Damariscotta River. Our food comes from farmers and fishermen that we know, located here in Mid-Coast and across our beautiful state of Maine. We prioritize sustainability—solar panels on our farm provide the electricity and our wood fuels the grill. We strive to minimize waste through recycling, composting, avoidance of plastic, and careful management. We are of the community and for the community, and we see good food that is grown well as something to celebrate. Join us for a unique waterfront dining experience to see what we’re all about.
